    The payment I've made last February 28, 2025,  Friday via 711 ECPay amounting to Php 3,119.67 still did not go through. I called ECPay but they told me that the payment pushed through. The problem is on your portal. I've been messaging BUX for weeks now. Ma'am Cecilia told me that she will transfer my concern to the Settlements Department. However, I don't get the feedback to where my money  is. I need a swift reply. If it will not be credited on my account, I need a refund. Ms. Cecilia tried to close the ticket without resolving the problem. I am weeks delayed in paying my loan. Please take it seriously. I'm getting pissed. Such a hassle!
