For BUxSME and BUxBIZ enterprise accounts, you may add users during your KYB process on the “contact person info” step, which is done by the person who created the account. Once the account is activated, all users will be activated as well and they will receive an email to complete the verification process. Once completed, users can sign in. The person who created the account will be assigned as the master admin. The master admin can add or remove users by going to the account settings page, under User’s Access tab. If you wish to add additional users not included on the "contact info" step, you will first need to fully activate your account. Under your settings tab, you may add additional users. They will also receive an email to complete the verification process and once completed, users can sign in. Once additional users are activated, you may also opt to remove or add access rights for receiving a settlement report by clicking the "add to settlement report" on the action button. By default all users will receive a settlement report email.
